The new Road 2 Computer Science!

Since the start of my online bachelor many things are changed, so it’s time to apply some changes in the bachelor too! I’ll rewrite the bachelor, so it’s up to date! I’ll re-do the list for the missing years of my bachelor. As the “standard” table form     Sophomore Year         Spring         Fall     Junior Year         Spring         Fall     Senior Year         Spring         Fall Course     Link Statistic     probably here Circuits and Electronics (or fundamentals of electrical engineering)     here Design of Algorithms     here (both courses) Multivariable Calculus     here Course     Link Software Engineering     here (both...

Road to Computer Science – An important set and recap

Sunday morning. Exams are finally ended (yeah. Friday) and university has yet to begin (tomorrow). Cappuccino, nutella krapfen, a bit of calisthenics and some friends is a good way to start a day. But tomorrow is an important day. Since my third year of university if near to start, i need to start also Cs, so it’s time to set the exams i’ll do in the upcoming months. A brief Recap The last set of exams was really tough, so i barely ended 2 of them in something like 6 months. The direct consequenze of that is that i really need to start study more, or i’ll be tremendously late on my schedule. But let’s take a look on my missing exams:     Linear Algebra: The main problem of that exams is that i have to totally restart it (yeah, i like bold today), due to the fact that coursera has deleted (i can see my previous posts on that topic) the course Coding the matrix. To continue the course, i’m currently using the     Edx course Linear Algebra: Foundations to Fron...

Exam Review – Algorithms, part 1 (Princeton)

Finally, i’m back on this blog. I’m here to review another course, the algorithm and data structure course made by Kevin Wayne and Robert Sedgewick from Princeton and hosted by Coursera ( this course ). (Note: i’ll probably retake the course in roder to get an statement or something like an honor code, if Coursera still delivers them. I’ll probably update this review with points of the exams and all the exercise i’ve made during the course). Algorithm pt.1 is a 2 part mooc related to the famous algorithm book written by the authors above here (hey, it also have a web site! ). The first course, which is something like 8/10 weeks long, covers the bases of the topic, starting from the logic of nodes, queues, stacks and linked lists leading to more advanced topics like hash tables, search trees (binary and not) and all the ds related to symbol tables. The lectures Firstly, i’ve to say that the lectures were reaaaally good, in fact i liked them a lot! All the lectures were from 7 or 8 to 20...
